For all orders placed on our website, you can expect your package to arrive within 10 days if you are located within the UK, and up to 20 days for international deliveries and deliveries outside of the UK.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control.

Once your package is dispatched, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address or shipping method.

 

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. For online purchases of prints, we accept returns within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the item and its packaging are returned to the original sender in brand new condition. If these conditions are met, we will issue a full refund to you.

If there is any damage to the watch upon arrival, please report it within 24 hours. The item should be unworn and sellable upon return.

All returned items will be inspected, and any damage will result in an additional charge for necessary refurbishment or repair.

The purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping, so obtaining proof of postage is recommended.
