before you decide
I'm Gosia. I'm Polish, I live in England, and I work with clients across the UK, Europe, and internationally — in both languages. I'm a counsellor and psychotherapist, and also a fine artist and practice-based researcher. These things are not separate.
The way I pay attention, the way I sit with what is uncomfortable, the way I notice things before I name them —
that comes from all of it.
I trained in the Person-Centred Approach and in Family Constellations — Bert Hellinger's methodology.
In practice, that means I don't work from a script. I work creatively and intuitively, drawing on the body,
the family system, and whatever is actually alive in the room.
I have worked with people across a range of settings — with survivors of sexual abuse at the Sue Lambert Trust,
with University art students at The Norwich Centre, and with refugees and asylum seekers at New Routes Integration.
I also taught the Introduction to Counselling Skills and Certificate in Counselling Skills courses at The Norwich Centre.
Alongside my private practice, I currently work with Solas Mind, supporting creative professionals
and people working in film and production
I hold a Post-Graduate Diploma in Counselling Skills (Person-Centred) from The Norwich Centre, accredited by BACP, a Post-Graduate Certificate from the University of East Anglia, and a BA and MA in Fine Art
from Norwich University of the Arts.
