Prints - online purchases can be returned within 14 days of receipt, but only if the item and its packaging are returned in brand new condition to the original sender.

If there is any damage to the watch upon arrival, please report it within 24 hours. The item should be unworn and sellable upon return. All returned items will be inspected, and any damage will result in an additional charge for necessary refurbishment or repair.

The purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping, so obtaining proof of postage is recommended.
